Stephenson, P.S., became owner and President of the company January 1, 2012 and continues in his father's land surveying footsteps. Tom graduated from Ferris State University in 1999 with a dual Surveying/Engineering degree and was licensed in Michigan in 1999 and in Indiana in 2009. He has 30 years of experience in land surveying. Stephenson Land Surveying has aquired the surveying records of Robert Prestine, Frederick Labar, and Barger Engineering, which contains the records of Warren Reynolds, Earl James, John Corbit, and H.L. Dreher. These surveys date back to the 1920's in the Niles, Michigan and surrounding markets. The invaluable use of these records provides us with the best background information for the most accurate boundary surveys at a competitive price.
Stephenson's keeps up with the latest in technology for your Land Surveying services with GPS (Global Positioning Systems), robotic equipment and total stations. Depending on your needs, we have the equipment to do your job. We have added to our surveying and engineering capabilities with the addition of The SLS Rover.
