Our company was established in 1990 by Roger E. Stephenson, L.S. and President.  Roger is also the Cass County Surveyor in charge of re-monumentation of the county section corners (Michigan).

We have over 60 years of combined experience in land surveying and 35 years experience in engineering.

Stephenson's keep up with the latest in technology with GPS (Global Positioning Systems), robotic equipment and total stations.  Depending on your needs, we have the equipment to do your job.  We have added to our surveying capabilities with the addition of The SLS Rover.  The Rover is equipped with onboard GPS and is environmentally safe for land and water.  With this equipment, we are able to get through the most difficult terrain in summer and winter.
