Our company was established in 1990 by Roger E. Stephenson, L.S. and President.  Roger is also the Cass County Surveyor in charge of re-monumentation of the county section corners (Michigan). His son, Thomas Stephenson, became owner of the company January 1, 2012 and continues in his father's land surveying footsteps. Tom was licensed in Michigan in 1999 and in Indiana in 2009 as a land surveyor. We have over 60 years of combined experience in land surveying and 35 years experience in engineering.

Stephenson's keeps up with the latest in technology for your Land Surveying and Engineering services with GPS (Global Positioning Systems), robotic equipment and total stations.  Depending on your needs, we have the equipment to do your job.  We have added to our surveying and engineering capabilities with the addition of The SLS Rover.  The Rover is equipped with onboard GPS and is environmentally safe for land and water.  With this equipment, we are able to get through the most difficult terrain in summer and winter.
