SLS can design your site condominium working with your township instead of the State for faster and less expensive development of your project. We work with you from the first layout to the final lot staking, and guide you through the governmental process.
SLS can design your Mobile Home Park to your specifications or develop our own design to your specifications. We are conscientious of aesthetics, open space requirements, and optimal density to make your development project a success.
Water/Sewer Design:
SLS can provide engineering plans for water/sewer design for municipal or individual use. We can then offer any construction staking requirements from our surveying division.
Road Design/Layout:
SLS can design both municipal and individual road profiles for optimal drainage and maximum benefit.
Subdivision Layout/Design:
SLS can prepare subdivision layout/design and work with the State to guide you through the subdivision process. We have a creative staff to help you develop the best design for your development.

GIS/GPS:
GIS is a database that includes both graphical and non-graphical data and graphic representation of tabular data. GPS is the geographical position determined by satellites. SLS uses both GPS and GIS combined for optimal results.
