Mortgage report:
A mortgage report is an inspection of the legal description of real property in relation to the improvements located on the property. Mortgage reports are typically performed for bank purposes to ensure that the property has no encroachments, and that the improvements being mortgaged are located on the legal provided by the bank. SLS provides excellent mortgage reports services for the bank, title companies, and individuals often performing same day mortgage reports, if needed.
Boundary Survey:
A boundary survey is made to determine the lengths and direction of the boundary lines and the area of the tract bounded bounded by these lines. Surveys are made to establish the position of the boundary line on the ground. SLS crews have the latest technology in surveying equipment to assure our clients of an accurate, timely survey at a competitive price.
Topographical Survey:
A topographical survey is conducted to determine the vertical configuration of the ground. The contours derived from the survey given the clients information on ground configuration, drainage, and optimal usage of the land.
