Our Story

A Family Tradition of Surveying Excellence

Stephenson Land Surveying was founded by Roger Stephenson with a simple mission: provide accurate surveying services while treating every client with honesty, professionalism, and respect.

In 2012, leadership transitioned to Thomas Stephenson, continuing the family tradition and commitment to quality. Today, Cade Stevenson represents the third generation of the Stevenson family in the business, continuing a tradition of excellence and personal service trusted for decades. Licensed in Michigan and Indiana in 2024, he is now actively involved in leading the business. His role reflects an intentional eight-year path—four years of education followed by a four-year apprenticeship—preparing him to carry the company into its next generation.

As a family-owned and operated company, we understand that every property and every project matters. Whether you're purchasing your first home, developing commercial property, or planning a large-scale construction project, our goal is to provide the information and guidance you need to make confident decisions.
