Stephenson Land Surveying purchased the surveying records of Barger Engineering which contains the records of Warren Reynolds, Earl James, John Corbit, H.L. Dreher, and Barger Engineering.  These surveys date back to the 1920’s in the Niles, Michigan and surrounding markets.  We also have the surveying records of Frederick Labar, from the Cass County, Michigan and surrounding area.  We also recently acquired the records of former Land Surveyor Robert Prestine who was a renown surveyor in the Niles, Michigan market and surrounding areas. The invaluable use of these records provides us with the best background information for the most accurate boundary surveys at a competitive price.  We have been providing surveys in Michigan since 1990 and in Indiana since 1992 and continue to provide high quality surveys to our clients with the added use of these historical records.

Boundary surveys can be used for city renewal projects.  One survey by our company was completed for an abandoned industrial property which was later torn down for the future use of a public park for the Niles, Michigan residents.
